Went running this afternoon with Renee, it was hot, hot, hot out. We just took it easy and did a total of 5 miles although we walked some of it. Came home, stripped off my shirt and jumped in the pool. Heaven-------it was great. Now I'm ready to sit down and enjoy my salad and wrap.
