Got up this morning and was supposed to go to the Y with a friend to run. Well she called and she said she couldn't make it so I decided to brave the cold and head outside for a run. It was kinda windy and so cold but I told myself that I would just do 1 mile and stop but once I got started I had a great run. I ran 3 miles.
I've just been in a shitty mood all day, PMS I guess.
Plan on doing a strength training video tomorrow.

Hah, I hear ya about the bad mood. Good on you for getting out there for 3 miles.
On training for the half--I've printed the "RUN" program off the Indy Mini website, but I've not been able to do all the runs yet. It's week 4, and the long run this week is 5 miles. So I've got to step it up and get some consistency in or I'm gonna have trouble in week 10 when I'm supposed to run 9 miles. Yeah, it's time to train baby! Now if my family (and me) can just stay healthy so I can stick to a schedule...
