not enough time in the day
It doesn't look like I'm going to have time to do anything today, have to take dd to a game. Oh well, I'm just going to enjoy my rest day. I feel like I could use it. Its been a long week, have been really tired. I think I'm going to up my calories just alittle and see if that helps

Sheila, I would definitely increase your calories some. If you are running 3 miles and eating less than 1200 calories, you're going to be tired from not enough energy. Just make them protein and veggie or fruit calories, and you'll not have any problem with gaining weight. Keep that body fueled. Have a great weekend!
